Our numbers are mixed-use, not laboratory. Expect 60 to 70 % if your route climbs or the wind picks up.
Riding position
High bar, wide saddle, pedals under the pelvis. You arrive at work without sweating — that is the whole point.
Disc braking
A front disc on every model, hydraulic from the S1 PRO up. Braking distance from 25 km/h stays under 6 m on dry ground.
Integrated lighting
LED headlamp at the bar, tail light above the fender, indicators on the 45 km/h models. All fed by the main battery.
6061 aluminium frame
The same alloy as mountain bike frames, welded by hand in our workshop. It carries its own weight and yours.

Questions about this model
Our range figures are measured in mixed use: 28 km/h average, a 70 kg rider, flat route with some acceleration. In Casablanca practice, expect 60 to 70 % of the stated figure if your route climbs or you ride into headwind. An S1 PRO rated 55 km therefore gives 35 to 40 km day to day — enough for most Casablanca commutes.
Between 4 h 30 (S1) and 7 h (S2 CARGO, E2 CROSS) with the supplied charger. Every S and E model has a removable battery, so you can leave the vehicle downstairs and charge the battery at work or at home. Charging to 80 % covers about 90 % of the useful range and extends battery life.
Two years on scooters and bikes, battery included: cover extends to cells, controller, motor and electronics. Frame and drivetrain are covered for the full term, the battery down to 70 % of original capacity or 800 cycles. Accessories carry one year. Labour is free for the whole warranty period.
Yes. The Gauthier workshop sees people by appointment, Monday to Saturday, with two demo machines: an S1 PRO and an E2. Allow 20 minutes, a helmet provided and a 2 km loop around the neighbourhood. It is the most honest way to choose between a scooter and a bike — which is also why we do not ship a first purchase without it.
