Quality control
Before shipping: a full charge and discharge cycle, a braking test, a lighting check and 47 bolts torqued to spec. Only then is the vehicle packed and labelled with its serial number.
About
What if crossing the city was easier?
NOVA RIDE began with a commute that had become unbearable. Forty minutes for 9 km in Casablanca. A parking space that did not exist. Fuel paid to move at 12 km/h. An imported scooter that broke, with nobody able to find the part.
In 2021 there were four of us in a 60 m² unit in Gauthier: a bike mechanic, an electronics engineer, a graphic designer and someone who could count. The idea was never to sell gadgetry, but to answer a commuting problem with an object you can repair.
We do not sell the future. We sell a commute that takes less time than you expected.
Today the workshop covers 340 m², the team is eighteen people, and everything is still assembled in-house. We are not trying to be a technology company. We are a mobility company with spanners.
Method
Rue Ibn Batouta, ground floor of a 1960s building. A build bench, two lifts, a wall of wear parts, and a coffee machine running since 2021. We receive visitors by appointment for test rides, diagnoses and repairs.
Method
Frame geometry, assist curves and controllers are developed in Casablanca, tested on the Casablanca–Rabat run, and revised each quarter from workshop feedback.
Every vehicle passes 22 control points: torque on bolts, motor cut-off, brake line continuity, connector sealing. The checklist travels with the vehicle.
We publish service diagrams for current models and keep wear parts for three years after a model is retired. A battery gets swapped; a frame does not get binned.
Support answers by message and by phone, in French, English and Arabic. A technician calls you back, not a bot.

One number, one WhatsApp address, one e-mail. Answers within 24 working hours, free diagnosis in the workshop, and a loan vehicle for repairs that run past two days.
Workshop and shipping in Casablanca, a pickup point in Rabat, partner technicians in Tangier and Marrakech. We do not promise a shop in every city — we promise someone picks up.
Try before you buy.
